Working together, we exert a strong influence on children to become better educated; we also help them to mature by modeling adult working relationships based upon civility, honesty, and respect.

Parent Council is key in building this partnership. Its sole purpose is to support the education of children at Davidson Day School by developing a positive and welcoming climate for parents that builds enthusiasm, school spirit, and positive relationships among the school, parents, and teachers. Parent Council works closely with the school to meet current needs by supporting the school’s fundraising and volunteer efforts, by holding social and educational events, and by being an advocate for the school beyond the Davidson Day School community.
